Rules for exhibitors
How many people will have access to the fair?
Each table gets access for 2 people, each additional table gets access for 1 extra person, per table.
Layout & Floor Plan
We create the seating chart for each day of the show. We'll send it to you a few weeks before the show.
Assembling & Disassembling
You may only dismantle your booth after the fair has officially closed. This way, we keep things fun and organized until the very end.
Roll-up banners & marketing
You may place roll-up banners, as long as they are in your own space and close to your own stand. This is, of course, provided there is sufficient space. The organizers reserve the right to determine if there isn't enough space.
Licenses & Copyrights
It is not permitted to sell unlicensed products or products that infringe copyright.
